How we operate
Consulting
A consultant works in the enterprise for a defined mission, based on a number of days by week, until a defined date.
The deal can be defined as a number of days to be worked. Part or total of these days can be spent at the client’s premises.
The deal can be defined as a deliverable with a due-date. The consultant then works at the client’s premises or not.
Coaching
A consultant coaches an enterprise employee who has been appointed Product Manager. A partnership is set up to put Product Management best practices in place.
This kind of service adapts to any enterprise who appoints someone internal, whose historical job is not in Product Management. The coaching period will ensure that, beyond the theoretical training that is given to the employee, he will quickly get a practical background and then be operational.
Several phases can be defined:
Support Phase: based on a daily joint work, this phase is defined to set up the basis of Product Management rules, according to the enterprise business processes
Back-up phase: less intensive, this phase secures the employee in his new role. Ha can discuss any product issue with the consultant, prepare the next steps to take place, … This phase can be defined as a part-time mission, such as 2 to 3 days by week.
On-demand assistance: a pool of days is defined that can be spent within a given timeframe, based on an half-day appointment
